Executive Search Associate Our client is a leading independent Executive Search and Board Advisory firm, advising some of the world's most successful businesses, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and family-owned companies on their most important leadership appointments.
The firm works across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Consumer, Industrial, Technology, Media & Telecoms, Healthcare, Real Estate and Private Equity, with assignments spanning the UK and international markets.
They are looking to hire an Executive Search Associate to join their London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving graduate or early-career professional to build a career in Executive Search, working closely with experienced Partners and gaining exposure to senior executives, Boards and leading businesses.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Executive Search Associate, you will work alongside experienced Partners and consultants on senior-level search assignments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed executive search and market researchMapping industries, companies and talent marketsIdentifying senior executives and potential candidatesBuilding detailed candidate profiles and market intelligenceContacting senior professionals to discuss potential opportunitiesConducting candidate interviews and assessing suitabilityPreparing candidate reports and presentations for clientsSupporting Partners throughout the executive search processAttending client and candidate meetingsDeveloping specialist knowledge of different industries and functionsContributing to research, analysis and business development activityManaging multiple assignments while working to demanding deadlinesYou will be given responsibility from an early stage, with the opportunity to develop your understanding of Executive Search, leadership assessment, talent strategy and Board Advisory.
