Internal Sales ExecutiveIndustry: Electronics / Aerospace & DefenceSalary: Competitive + Training & DevelopmentThe OpportunityOur client, a well-established electronics business based in Hampshire, is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in sales, with full training and support provided.

The hiring manager has a proven track record of successfully transitioning individuals from purchasing, procurement, supply chain and customer service backgrounds into high-performing sales professionals.

Initially, the role will be heavily administration focused, providing a solid foundation in the products, customers and industry before progressing into a more commercial sales position.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to customer email enquiriesProcessing RFQs (Requests for Quotation)Data entry and maintaining CRM recordsSupporting the sales team with customer account administrationBuilding relationships with existing customersAssisting with account management activitiesLearning product ranges, part numbers and customer requirementsProgressing into a more customer-facing sales capacity as training developsIdeal CandidateWe are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including: Internal SalesCustomer ServiceProcurement / PurchasingSupply Chain AdministrationSales SupportCommercial AdministrationParticular interest will be given to candidates who have: Experience working with electronic components or technical productsA purchasing background, with an understanding of how customers use and identify part numbersExposure to aerospace, defence, manufacturing or engineering sectorsStrong attention to detail and administrative skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAn interest in developing a career in salesWhy Apply?
