Electus Recruitment Solutions is a SME recruitment consultancy with a strong, close-knit team and a clear focus on delivering quality-led recruitment across Engineering, Digital, Cyber, and Technology markets. We partner with clients across the Defence, Aerospace, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors and are now looking to add an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to support continued growth.

Bournemouth (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the office)

Competitive basic salary + uncapped OTE

We partner with clients across the Defence, Aerospace, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors and are now looking to add an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to support continued growth.

This opportunity is ideal for someone self-motivated, commercially driven, and looking for an environment that offers genuine autonomy. We trust our consultants to run their desks like their own business, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

The Role

You will operate in a full 360 capacity, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes:

• Winning and developing new client relationships within our specialist markets
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Delivering high-quality candidate shortlists through proactive headhunting
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
• Managing offers, negotiations, and placements

This is a commercially focused role suited to someone who enjoys business development as much as delivery and wants the freedom to build something meaningful.

✔ Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within an agency environment

✔ Demonstrated success in new business development and client management

✔ Experience recruiting within Engineering, Digital, Cyber, Technology, or similar technical markets

✔ A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously

✔ Professional, credible, and relationship-led approach

✔ Strong billing ambition with a quality-first mindset
