PROJECT MANAGER – DATA CENTRES

LONDON - Hybrid working

We’re working with an established specialist Consultancy that is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing data centre team in London.

The consultancy has a strong reputation for the quality of its work and the high standards it delivers for its clients, offering an excellent environment for someone looking to develop their career within the data centre sector.

The role

You’ll work across a portfolio of data centre projects in London, working alongside experienced Senior Project Managers and gaining exposure across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of data centre projects
• Working with clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams
• Preparing and analysing project programmes
• Producing detailed project reports
• Attending client meetings
• Monitoring project progress and key deliverables
• Supporting the wider team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard

About you

• 2–5 years’ relevant Project Management experience
• Data centre experience is essential
• Experience within a Project Management Consultancy, client or developer environment
• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
• Experience with project programmes and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Contract administration experience would be advantageous
• A proactive, motivated and diligent approach
