What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary technical driver, translating complex business objectives into impactful marketing technology solutions that close sales and foster long-term customer success.
  • Engage deeply with customer Technical, Marketing, and C-Suite teams to evaluate current technology landscapes and business goals.
  • Design and deliver future-state marketing technical architectures that align with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage digital engagement roadmaps, guiding customers through their transformation journey.
  • Showcase the “Art of the Possible” by conceptualizing and presenting innovative digital experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a strong focus on marketing technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is essential.
  • One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (e.g., AEP, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront).
  • Proven experience in a consultative role, supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect/Principal Consultant or as an employee Marketing/Technical leader.
  • Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
  • Significant hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security, and Data Ingress/Egress.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas and “tell a story” to support recommendations to technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences.
  • Proven capability to quickly diagnose challenges and opportunities, translating them into robust future-state architectures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing, MBA, or equivalent experience.

Skills That Will Set You Apart

  • Recent experience building enterprise-level return on investment (ROI) focused Business Cases for technology transformations.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter, or React-Native mobile applications.
  • Experience leading a revenue-focused Book of Business, including sales pipeline management via Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics, scope/contract review, and Value Realization measurement.
  • TOGAF Certified Professional preferred.
