Job description
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire – 3x days on site.
Salary: Up to £65,000 + 10% bonus
We’re looking for a Network Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying hands‑on with networking projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to senior management.
- Drive network deployment projects, design, and configuration.
- Apply advanced networking expertise (CCNP/CCIE desirable) to support and deliver complex solutions.
- Balance hands‑on technical work with team leadership and management responsibilities.
- Develop engineers’ skills through coaching, guidance, and performance management.

- Proven networking experience and technical credibility.
- Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow into a management track.
- Mature, coachable, and capable of managing a team effectively.
- Experience with design, configuration, and deployment projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
