What you’ll do

• Own the day‑to‑day running of the store
• Lead from the front with great customer experiences
• Build, coach and inspire a strong store team
• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability
• Recruit and develop great talent
• Turn performance insights into action
• Live and lead the Sunglass Hut culture

• Proven retail management experience in a fast‑paced environment
