- Developing, maintaining and enhancing knowledge resources, precedents and best practice materials.
- Designing and delivering training programmes to support the ongoing development of legal teams.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and technical excellence.
- Driving the adoption and effective use of AI and legal technology solutions.
- Producing thought leadership, technical updates and client-facing content.
- Supporting innovation initiatives and new ways of delivering legal services.
- Assisting with the development, coaching and mentoring of junior lawyers and early talent.
- Contributing to tenders, client training programmes and wider business development activities.
- Working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the practice.
About You

- A minimum of 5 years' PQE gained within a recognised Corporate & Commercial practice.

- Excellent technical legal knowledge and drafting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A genuine interest in legal innovation, AI and technology-enabled service delivery.
- Experience of mentoring, coaching, knowledge sharing or delivering training.
- The confidence to influence change and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
