Freshly Squeezed is a fast-growing, independent brand experience agency working with some of the world’s biggest brands.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead some of our most important client relationships, inspire and manage our team and help shape the next stage of Freshly Squeezed.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines exceptional client leadership, commercial instinct and brilliant delivery.

THE ROLE

You’ll take senior ownership of key client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships and ensuring Freshly Squeezed consistently delivers outstanding thinking, service and work.

You will:

• Build deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop a genuine understanding of our clients’ businesses, brands, challenges and ambitions.
• Be proactive - bringing ideas, insights and opportunities to clients rather than simply waiting for briefs.
• Lead key client conversations, presentations, proposals and pitches with confidence and credibility.
• Take ownership of account performance, revenue, profitability, forecasting and planning.
• Identify opportunities to broaden and deepen our client relationships.
• Lead and inspire the FSE team across your accounts, setting exceptionally high standards.
• Ensure we are always prepared, proactive, responsive and several steps ahead.
• Work closely with our Founder, Creative and Leadership teams to continually raise the quality of our thinking and work.
• Play an active role in shaping the future of Freshly Squeezed.
