Group Finance Business Partner

Between £75,000 and £105,000 Per Month

Job description

Be the Finance Leader Driving Business Performance and Transformation

Are you a commercially astute finance professional who thrives on influencing strategic decisions, challenging the status quo, and delivering real business impact?

We're looking for an ambitious Group Finance Business Partner to join a high-profile finance function at a pivotal stage of transformation. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional finance, partnering with senior stakeholders across a complex, international organisation to drive performance, improve decision-making, and create lasting value.

If you're passionate about turning insight into action and want a seat at the table where key business decisions are made, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As Group Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, providing commercial insight that shapes strategy, supports growth, and delivers operational excellence across a diverse portfolio.

This is a highly visible role where you'll combine financial expertise with strong business acumen to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and influence outcomes. You'll play a key role in driving transformation, embedding continuous improvement initiatives, and helping the business leverage data and technology to make smarter decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with senior leadership teams to influence strategic and operational decision-making
  • Delivering meaningful financial and commercial insight that drives action and improves performance
  • Leading scenario planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance profitability, efficiency, and value creation
  • Supporting key commercial activities including bids, contract renewals, business cases, and investment decisions
  • Challenging assumptions, highlighting risks, and ensuring robust financial governance
  • Building strong relationships across multiple functions, regions, and stakeholder groups
  • Driving process improvements and championing a data-led, technology-enabled approach to finance

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering within a large, complex organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating within a transformation, change, or continuous improvement environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight
  • Strong understanding of financial drivers, performance metrics, and return on investment
  • A confident communicator with the presence and credibility to operate at senior leadership level
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Why Join?

This is more than a business partnering role.

It's an opportunity to help shape the future of finance within a business that is investing heavily in transformation, innovation, and digital capability. You'll have significant exposure to senior leadership, the autonomy to drive meaningful change, and the chance to make a measurable impact on business performance.

If you're looking for a role where your insight influences decisions, your ideas drive improvement, and your contribution creates tangible value, this could be the perfect next step.

Ready to make an impact?
