Our client is a well-established Chambers and Legal 500 ranked law firm with an excellent reputation across its specialist teams.
The firm is looking for a Community Care Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with relevant experience, across a range of PQE levels.
The Role
Your work will include:
- Care Act assessments
- Financial assessments and charging
- Continuing Healthcare/NHS-funded care
- Court of Protection
- Special Educational Needs
- Wider Community Care and Public Law matters
About You
- UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Recent and relevant experience in Community Care or a related area
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
