Home to 8 independent kitchens, 2 full bars, a live stage and an outdoor terrace, it's a place that's always busy and full of energy. As a Bartender, you'll be behind one of the bars bringing the atmosphere to life - serving quality drinks at pace and helping deliver the fun, social experience guests love about Market Halls Paddington.

The role

As a Bartender at Market Halls, you'll be right at the centre of the action. You will:

• Prepare, serve and present drinks to company standards
• Deliver fast, friendly and consistent service
• Maintain a clean, well-organised and fully stocked bar
• Recommend drinks confidently and upsell where appropriate
• Create warm, memorable guest interactions
• Follow all safety, compliance and cash-handling procedures
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced behind a bar or in a busy, guest-facing hospitality role
• Passionate about great drinks, great service and memorable guest experiences
• A confident communicator with a friendly, engaging approach
• Reliable, energetic and comfortable working under pressure
• A team player who enjoys fast-paced environments
• Flexible for evenings, weekends and peak trading times
