About The Peligoni Club

The Peligoni Club is a family-run members’ club on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece. Food and drink are central to the guest experience, with a collection of restaurants and service areas that each bring something different to the atmosphere of the club.

Across the week, we also host a lively calendar of events, including open-fire feasts, food festival nights, guest chef dinners, live music and private celebrations – all of which rely on warm, polished and confident service.

About the Role

We are looking for versatile, energetic and guest-focused people to join our Front of House Team for the remainder of the 2026 season. You will work across our restaurants, beach service and weekly events, adapting to different settings while helping to deliver the relaxed yet polished experience The Peligoni Club is known for.

This is a varied, hands-on role. One shift could involve managing a section during a busy restaurant service, while another may see you serving drinks around the beach or supporting one of our lively outdoor events. You will need to be adaptable, confident with guests and happy to work wherever the team needs you most. Barista or bar experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and build friendly, professional relationships.
• Work flexibly across our restaurants, beach service and events, adapting to different menus, environments and styles of service.
• Manage your own section confidently during busy restaurant services.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams.
• Deliver drinks efficiently to guests around the club and beach area.
• Explain menus and provide informed food, wine and drinks recommendations.
• Support coffee and straightforward drinks service when required.
• Understand dietary requirements and communicate allergies accurately.
• Prepare bills, handle payments and use EPOS systems confidently.
• Maintain clean, organised and inviting service areas throughout each shift.
• Support weekly club events, from family feasts and food festivals to weddings and guest chef evenings.
• Talk confidently about the club and help guests make the most of what is on offer.
• Take on additional duties to support the smooth running of the club.

About You

You will be someone who is:

• Experienced in a busy hospitality or guest-service environment.
• Warm, confident and naturally engaging with guests.
• Versatile and happy to move between restaurant, beach and event service.
• Calm, professional and efficient under pressure.
• Organised, proactive and willing to get stuck in.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a close team.
• Energetic, positive and committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Proud of providing attentive service while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and friendly.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar, beach club or similar hospitality environment.
• Confidence taking orders, handling payments and using EPOS systems.
• A flexible approach to working across different areas and shift patterns.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• EU passport holder.
• Available to start immediately and remain with us until early November 2026.
