Job description

Position Overview

The Azure GTM Sales Intern will support NetApp's Azure Go-to-Market organization by helping drive field adoption of our GTM Best Practice Guide and assisting with key enablement and operational activities across the Azure sales motion. This internship provides hands-on exposure to cloud sales strategy, field enablement, industry engagement, and GTM execution while building strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

This is a 6-month internship opportunity and the role follows NetApp's hybrid working model, with interns expected to work from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Azure GTM Best Practice Guide.
  • Partner with GTM leaders and sellers to gather feedback, identify insights, and drive field effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain enablement content, sales materials, presentations, and field readiness assets.
  • Analyse sales motions, field engagement trends, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage reporting and dashboard assets that support Azure sales rhythm-of-business activities.
  • Coordinate industry calls and leadership forums, including agendas, insights, recaps, follow-ups, and logistics.
  • Support Azure Leadership Team offsites through planning, content preparation, stakeholder coordination, and execution.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, content operations, SharePoint/Teams resources, agile workstreams, and day-to-day GTM operations.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of the internship. Unfortunately, NetApp is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this opportunity.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable working with data, presentations, collaboration tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Curious about cloud, AI, sales, go-to-market strategy, and business operations.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
