- Qualification needed: NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent

We are looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to join one of our school catering teams. The position will be responsible for preparing a variety of food/dishes, managing the team, maintaining stock control and menu plans.
The ideal candidates will have proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 40 hours per week, Earlies, Lates and one Saturday in 3, 52 week contract.
