Are you the kind of Bartender who remembers a guest's drink before they order it? Someone who can read the crowd, adapt their approach and start conversations with confidence, elevating a casual visit into something worth talking about?

At Market Halls, we're not just looking for someone who can pour a pint. You'll be the face of our buzzing bars, engaging with guests, driving sales through great product knowledge and premium recommendations, and creating connections that keep the rounds flowing.

Working in a fast-paced, drinks-led environment, you'll own your space behind the bar, manage busy service with ease and bring energy to every interaction. Being a Bartender here is all about creating memorable moments and delivering an experience that makes guests want to stay for just one more.

Located in the heart of Oxford Street, Market Halls brings together incredible food, live music, big-screen sports, social gaming and a packed programme of events under one roof. With nine kitchens and two lively bars, it is a fast-paced, social destination where great hospitality is at the centre of every guest experience. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in keeping the energy high by crafting quality drinks, building connections with guests and helping create the kind of moments that keep people coming back for more.
