About this Role

This is a veryexciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate teacher to join one of ourLocal Authority commissioned resource base provisions within Wychall PrimarySchool, The Oaks Primary School or Princethorpe Schools. This role would be based in our Princethorpe schools. If you are interested in more than one of the vacancies (ie you don't mind which school you would be based at) then you there is no need to apply for more than one vacancy - you can submit one application but indicate in your supporting statement that you are interested in working at any of the 3 sites.

You will be ahighly skilled and reflective practitioner, committed to delivering exceptionalSEND provision and achieving the best possible outcomes for all pupils.

We welcomeapplications from both experienced teachers within SEND education settings aswell as those from mainstream settings with a passion for Special EducationalNeeds and a proven track record of supporting pupils with SEND.

You will beadaptable and resilient, with an understanding of how to contribute effectivelyto the existing positive culture and ethos of our welcoming and inclusiveschool communities. Experience of working with children with additional needsin a primary or Early Years setting is essential.

As a teacher inour resource base, you will work closely with all staff, as well as with thedrb Ignite School Improvement Team to deliver an ambitious and bespokeprovision, which will successfully meet the needs of the pupils and enable themto achieve the best possible outcomes regardless of their circumstance orbackground.
