We are a bespoke design and build construction company specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects. Our team is passionate about crafting beautiful, functional spaces that combine architectural integrity with exceptional interior detailing. As our portfolio grows, we’re looking for a creative and organised Interior Design Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll support and work closely with our head designer and project manager across multiple live projects – from initial concept through to final installation. You'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the design and build process in a fast-paced, detail-oriented studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating mood boards, concept designs, and sample presentations
• Support in space planning, FF&E selection, and producing detailed specification schedules
• Prepare for client presentations and internal design reviews
• Prepare CAD drawings, layouts, and visual aids using design software
• Research and source furniture, finishes, fixtures, and materials
• Carry out site visits with head designer and assist with on-site styling and installation days
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants
• Assist with documenting project progress for our social media team

Requirements:

• Strong Interior Design knowledge or relevant experience in the industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign)
• Knowledge of SketchUp or 3D visualisation tools is preferred
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask in a team environment
• A full UK driving licence (essential for site visit)
• Knowledge of Programma preferred but not a requirement
