Senior Platform Specialist

Job description

Help large organisations build internal developer platforms that pay for themselves in release frequency — accelerated by AI from the first prompt.

• Design and ship golden paths for client product teams.
• Lead the technical roadmap for one or two internal-developer-platform engagements.
• Coach client practitioners on modern platform practice.
• Contribute to our internal AI-accelerated accelerators and reference architectures.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years building production software, with at least 2 leading platform work.
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform / Pulumi), and CI/CD systems.
• Track record of shipping developer-facing platforms used by multiple teams.
• Comfortable using AI tooling daily and talking to senior client stakeholders.

• 3. Work-sample exercise — Take-home or paired session. Your choice.
• 4. Final loop — Two or three short sessions across team and leadership.
