Thisisapeople-focusedleadershiprolewithresponsibilityforretention,renewalsandexpansionrevenueacrossanestablishedcustomerbase.

You’llcoachanddevelopAccountManagers,improvecommercialperformanceandcreateamoreproactive,data-ledapproachtoupselling,cross-sellingandaccountgrowth.

TheRole

• Lead,coachanddevelopanexistingsalesteam
• Driverenewalsandexpansionrevenue
• Improveaccountplanningandproactivecustomerengagement
• CoachAccountManagersonupsellandcross-sellopportunities
• UseCRMandperformancedatatoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandchurnrisk
• Runeffective1:1s,coachingsessionsanddevelopmentplans
• Improveforecasting,pipelinevisibilityandsalesdiscipline
• Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprocesses,automationandproductivity
• Manageperformanceandsupporttheteamthroughchange

Successismeasuredthroughteamperformanceandcustomergrowthratherthananindividualsalestargets.

You’llideallyhave:

• 5+years'B2Bsalesexperience,ideallywithinSaaS,technology,businessservices,HR,trainingorL&D
• Atrackrecordofdrivingretention,renewals,upsellandcross-sell
• Strongcoachingandpeopleleadershipskills
• ExperienceusingCRManddatatodrivecommercialdecisions
• Strongforecastingandperformancemanagementcapability
• Theconfidencetocoachsalespeoplethroughliveopportunitiesandcustomerconversations
• Experiencemanaginghybridsalesteams
