Blossom Health is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and progressive team for 6 sessions per week, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

• Experienced GPs
• Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• Practice Nurses and HCAs
• Social Prescribers
• A dedicated and supportive administrative team

We work collaboratively to deliver safe, efficient and compassionate care to our patients.

The Role

We are seeking a GP who is passionate about providing excellent primary care and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role will include:

• Face-to-face and telephone consultations
• Own Patient list responsibilites
• Management of acute and chronic conditions
• Clinical decision making and care planning
• Participation in practice development and quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting continuity of care for patients where clinically appropriate
• Working closely with the wider clinical and administrative teams

Working Pattern:

• Monday AM & PM
• Tuesday AM & PM
• Thursday AM & PM

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be fully registered with the GMC
• Be included on the GP Register
• Hold a licence to practise
• Demonstrate excellent communication and consultation skills
• Be committed to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
• Share our values of kindness, professionalism and continuous improvement

Primary Care experience is essential.
