Hours: Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays

Location: Clapham

Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 OTE

• Lead by example and set high performance standards
• Drive market share growth and lead valuations
• Build, lead and develop high-performing teams
• Manage and motivate a large sales or lettings team
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Confident people manager with strong coaching ability
• Fast-paced with strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
