You'll play an important role in developing consistency, organisation and teamwork in a busy fresh food kitchen.

Your day-to-day:

• Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specification
• Running your own section during service
• Supporting and guiding junior team members
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation

What you'll need:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Strong organisational skills
• Confidence working under pressure
• Passion for fresh, quality food
