Are you passionate about technology and looking to begin a career in IT? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised IT apprenticeship qualification. You will be supported by experienced professionals and develop skills that can lead to a long-term career in IT support, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and beyond.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing first-line IT support to colleagues and customers
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Setting up laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals
Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts
Assisting with networking and connectivity issues
Logging and managing support tickets
Installing and maintaining IT equipment
Learning about cybersecurity best practices
Supporting IT projects and system upgrades
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in IT and technology
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English preferred
