LLOP Operatives – Order Pickers AM Shift & PM Shift
Kettering | £13.42 per hour AM Shift 6am to 2pm
Kettering | £14.05 per hour PM Shift 2pm to 10pm
FIXED Shift or rotating - Flexible
Fox Resourcing is recruiting LLOP Operatives to join a busy distribution operation in Kettering / Burton Latimer. If you enjoy an active role and working as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately using a voice-controlled headset.
Operate a Low Level Order Picker safely, following site procedures.
Stack products securely in cages for delivery to stores and distribution hubs.
Work towards picking targets while maintaining accuracy and safe working practices.
Keep your working area clean, tidy and organised.
What You'll Need
The ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 20kg regularly throughout your shift.
Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.
Confidence working in a busy warehouse environment.
Flexibility to work weekends as part of your rota.
