Minibus Driver (16-Seater) - Special Needs School Transport - Harrow Pay: £15.20 - £15.53 per hour plus holiday pay, paid weekly
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Ongoing temporary agency assignment, term-time only
Location: Harrow - Applicants must live in Harrow or the immediate surrounding area, as the role involves morning and afternoon split shifts
We are recruiting reliable Minibus Drivers to provide safe and punctual school transport for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Harrow.
The role offers regular weekday split shifts during school term-time, with no scheduled work during school holidays.
Minibus Driver - Working Hours
Morning: 7:00 am-9:30 am Afternoon: 2:30 pm-5:00 pm
Applicants must be available for both sessions.
Minibus Driver - Main Responsibilities Transport children safely to and from school along allocated routes.
Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
Keep the minibus clean and tidy.
Report vehicle defects, incidents and safeguarding concerns promptly.
Treat children, families and colleagues with patience and respect.
Minibus Driver - Essential Requirements A valid driving licence with D1 entitlement.
Some experience driving minibuses or vans.
A safe driving record, reliability, and punctuality.
An Enhanced DBS certificate with an active DBS Update Service subscription or be prepared to undertake a new Enhanced DBS check before starting work.
The right to work in the UK.
Previous school transport experience is not essential. Role-specific training and support will be provided. What We Offer
