iRecruit4 are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and fast-paced site in Swindon.
We're looking for someone who is confident operating a Counterbalance Forklift and is comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment. The role will involve loading and unloading vehicles, moving stock around the site and putting goods away into racking, alongside some manual handling.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person, with an immediate start available. You'll be joining a busy team where reliability, good timekeeping and a strong approach to health and safety are important.
Pay, Hours & Benefits for Counterbalance Forklift Driver: £14.00 per hour
Sunday to Thursday
7:00pm – 4:00am

Duties for Counterbalance Forklift Driver: Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock around the warehouse
Putting stock away into racking
Completing general warehouse duties when required
Manual handling and some heavy lifting
Following site health and safety procedures
Requirements for Counterbalance Forklift Driver: Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence/certificate
Confident operating a forklift in a busy warehouse environment
Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
Good understanding of health and safety
Reliable and punctual
Able to commit to Sunday–Thursday night shifts
Right to work in the UK
