Gleeson Homes are recruiting Trainee Sales Executives to join our growing Sales team in our North East region on an 18-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Whether you're starting your career, changing direction, or looking for a new challenge, we'll provide the training, support and experience needed to succeed in new homes sales.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn how to:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels.
Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments.
Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets.
Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role.

Training & Development

You'll complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside practical, hands-on experience within the business.

Programme Details
15-18-month programme (including End Point Assessment)
Structured training and mentoring from experienced Sales professionals

Salary Progression
Competitive starting salary
Year 2 salary: £25,600
Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and competency achievement

Full UK Driving Licence Essential
Willingness to travel across to different sites when required
