About the Cover Supervisor Role: Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Kensington & Chelsea
Contract: Long-term temporary
Pay: £550-£650 per week
Start Date: Immediate
The Ideal Cover Supervisor Candidate: Holds a 1st Class or 2:1 degree (preferably in Physical Education or a related subject)
Has prior experience working with children, ideally in a classroom or coaching setting
Is confident leading whole class sessions across various subjects
Can set a positive example and uphold school behaviour policies
Aspires to progress into teacher training in the future
Key Responsibilities: Leading and supervising classes in the absence of the main teacher
Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a productive and focused learning environment
Delivering lessons based on pre-prepared plans and adhering to school policies
Acting as a positive role model for students in Kensington & Chelsea
