HGV Class 1 Night Drivers – Sheffield (S9 1XS) The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known and established distribution business based in Sheffield.

We are looking for HGV Class 1 (CE) Night Drivers to join the team.

Job Type: Temp to perm Pay Rate:

• £18.00 per hour PAYE Hours & Shift Patterns:
• Monday to Friday
• Around 20:00 starts
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Night work

The Role:

• Completing trunking work between the client's hubs
• Completing up to 2 runs per night
• Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time
• Carrying out all required vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately
• Ensuring compliance with driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Maintaining a professional approach at all times

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence
• 6 months experience xohmjla required
• Maximum 6 points for minor offences only
• Valid CPC and Digi Card
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
