EYFS Teaching Assistant

Job description

We are looking for a strong and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a SEND child within an EYFS classroom.

This is a busy setting with a challenging catchment area and high expectations, so we need someone who is confident, resilient and able to maintain high standards while providing nurturing and consistent support.

The role:

Full-time Teaching Assistant
EYFS experience preferred
1:1 support for a SEND child
Supporting the child within the classroom environment
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Resilient and confident working in a demanding setting
Able to build a strong relationship with the child while maintaining clear boundaries
High expectations for behaviour, learning and progressThis role would suit an experienced TA who is passionate about SEND and early years and is looking for a position where their support can make a real difference.
