Warehouse Operative – Thatcham Start date: 27 October 2026
Hours: 10am–6pm, with a one-hour lunch break
Pay: £12.50
Lightyear Recruitment is looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to support an event preparation project in Thatcham.
You'll be putting small LEGO pieces into boxes to prepare component kits before they are taken to the event site. No heavy lifting is required , and a member of the client's team will be on-site to provide instructions and support.
Your responsibilities:
Sort and pack small LEGO pieces into boxes.

Check each kit contains the correct pieces and quantities.

Follow instructions from the on-site team.

Keep your work area clean and tidy.

Work accurately and efficiently to meet packing targets.

We're looking for someone who:
Has good attention to detail.

Is reliable, punctual and happy working as part of a team.

Can follow instructions and stay focused on repetitive tasks.

Is available to start on 27 October.

Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful, but not essential.
