Salary: £20.00 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Warehouse Operative / Driver Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Driver to join a rapidly growing business based in Kidlington. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term career stability within a successful and expanding company.

The role will involve a mixture of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, supporting the movement and handling of stock while ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Loading, unloading and moving stock throughout the warehouse.

Manual handling and lifting of boxes and products weighing up to 20kg.

Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.

Carrying out deliveries and collections using the company van.

Assisting with goods-in and goods-out operations.

Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse organisation.

Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and tidy at all times.

Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties as required.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence.

Must be over 25 years of age for company vehicle insurance purposes.

No previous convictions, driving offences, or endorsements that may affect eligibility to be insured on the company vehicle.

Comfortable with physically demanding manual work and lifting up to 20kg.

Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience

Previous warehouse, stores, logistics, driver or distribution experience.

Experience using warehouse systems or stock control processes.

Forklift licence beneficial but not essential.

Benefits

£20.00 per hour.

Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekends.
