What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales Executive , you'll be learning the business from the ground up. You'll work alongside experienced sales leaders who will teach you how to convert leads, manage clients, and close deals.
Reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing our solutions
Nurturing existing client relationships to ensure retention and spot upselling opportunities
Researching market leads, making outreach calls/emails, and booking discovery meetings
Learning how to pitch, handle objections, and successfully close sales
Participating in structured sales training and daily mentoring sessions
What We're Looking For
We can teach you the industry and the sales techniques, but we can't teach drive . For this role, a passion for sales is non-negotiable.
You have a clear desire to build a career in sales and are motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential
You are confident on the phone, articulate in writing, and an active listener
You view setbacks as learning opportunities and don't give up easily
You love winning whether that's hitting a personal target or helping the team top the leaderboard
You take initiative, ask questions, and take ownership of your development
