In this role, you'll support the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, helping to prepare customer orders and a maintain excellent operational standards.

This is a full-time, permanent role. Working 12-hour rotating shift pattern, with a mix of 3 and 4 shifts per week. This provides regular extended breaks throughout the rota, allowing for a better balance between work and personal life.

What you will do on a typical day:

Safely operate Reach Forklift Trucks to move, locate, stack, and store products throughout the warehouse

Support the efficient flow of stock from Goods In to Goods Out, ensuring all products are handled accurately and safely

Accurately pick, replenish, and prepare customer orders in line with operational and quality standards

Carry out routine equipment checks and promptly report any defects, damage, or safety concerns

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service targets

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safe working practices at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous Reach Forklift Truck experience is essential, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
