Junior Electrical Design Engineer (Machinery)

Do you have a background in Electrical Design or similar? Are you looking for a role offering upskilling training on the design of specialist machinery, where you will develop your skills in a new industry, design bespoke machinery and components for blue-chip clients across a range of technical sectors, and have the opportunity to progress through the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join an industry leading specialist engineering company who supply automated machinery, equipment and process solutions for the manufacturing industry. The company works with a range of blue-chip clients internationally such as McLaren, Boeing, Rolls-Royce and more across multiple sectors including marine, aerospace, energy and more.

In this role, you will design specialist machinery and associated electrical parts, producing electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and supporting technical documentation. You will work closely with mechanical, production, and project teams to ensure machinery and components are designed, manufactured, and delivered in line with customer requirements.

This role would suit an Electrical Design Engineer looking for a varied role within an established engineering company offering training, progression, and the opportunity to work with a range of blue-chip clients.

The Role:

• Designing specialist machinery and associated electrical parts
• Producing electrical drawings, schematics
• Working on bespoke projects for blue-chip clients across specialist industries

The Person:

• Background in Electrical Design or similar
• Commutable to Saltash
