HGV Class 2 Driver – Experienced & Newly Qualified Drivers Welcome Location: Stoke-on-Trent Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am start – approximately 50 hours per week Pay: £17.00–£17.50 per hour Job Type: Temporary
Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver or a newly qualified driver looking to gain valuable experience?
We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our client's team in Stoke-on-Trent.
Whether you've got years of driving experience or have recently passed your Class 2 test, this could be a great opportunity to get on the road, build your experience and develop your career.
The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Safely delivering goods to various locations

Completing multidrop deliveries

Loading and unloading vehicles, including handballing

Delivering frozen goods

Carrying out daily vehicle checks

Reporting any vehicle defects or issues

Completing delivery paperwork accurately

Following all relevant driving and health & safety regulations

Providing professional and reliable customer service

Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 licence

Valid CPC qualification

Valid Digital Tachograph Card

Experienced and newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply

Good knowledge of UK driving laws and regulations

Reliable and hardworking attitude

Comfortable with manual handling and multidrop deliveries
