Working alongside an experienced Procurement Manager, you'll help keep exciting, high-end automotive projects moving by ensuring the right parts, materials and supplies are in the right place at the right time.
Key responsibilities:

• Raising purchase orders, obtaining supplier quotations, and managing day-to-day purchasing activity.
• Keeping track of deliveries, chasing suppliers, and resolving any delays or shortages.
• Managing components, consumables, and stock requirements to support production.
• Building relationships with suppliers and helping identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate purchasing and supplier records within a new business management system.
• Working closely with Procurement, Engineering, Production and Finance to keep everything running smoothly. Key skills: You don't need to be a seasoned Buyer or procurement expert. We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive and commercially minded, with some purchasing or procurement experience and a genuine desire to make things happen. You might be:
• A Junior Buyer or Assistant Buyer ready to take the next step.
• A Procurement or Purchasing Assistant looking for a varied, hands-on role.
• Someone with manufacturing, supply chain, or supplier coordination experience.
• An experienced purchasing professional looking to work part-time or with greater flexibility.

The role is advertised as full-time, but flexible working patterns and part-time hours will be considered for the right person.
