We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of Primary schools in Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham & Waltham Forest.

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, a youth worker, sports coach, mentor or looking to start a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

Helping pupils remain engaged and make progress with their learning

Supporting children with varying academic, behavioural and additional learning needs

Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours

Contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)

A positive, patient and proactive attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn

A genuine passion for supporting young people

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
