Customer Service Sales executive

Job description

Ideal customer service sales executive will have:
Excellent customer service experience in a fast-paced industry (office, reception, hospitality, retail admin etc)
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills and ideally phone customer service experience or happy to make daily customer phone calls
Good IT skills (Microsoft, excel database, spreadsheets, CRM systems, able to generate reports)
Full driving licence and commutable to Haddenham daily 8.30-5.30 (not hybrid, remote or part time)

About the position:
This exciting entry level customer service sales role would suit a proactive and driven customer service professional with excellent communication, organisational skills and professional friendly telephone manner. You will be supporting the sales and hire teams to deliver excellent customer service to existing customers, calling warm leads of existing quotes, following up and checking quotes to help process sales orders. You can come from any industry or background; office retail, hospitality, engineering as long as you have exceptional customer service and telephone manner and a can-do attitude!
Key responsibilities of this internal sales executive role include;
Daily management of the quote database- following up on recent quotations, sales enquiries, customer interactions, CRM database
Calling customers regarding recent quotations, making outbound calls to existing customers, checking their quotes and answering queries and questions and following these up
Market research -Liaising with customers about the requirements, gathering more detailed information about their requirements, budgets ,future projects and competitors
Passing these qualifying leads & detailed info onto the Sales manager, hire team and field sales team
