Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative

Job description

We are currently looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at the Chesterfield Site. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will need to be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Location: Prospect Park, Dunston Way, Chesterfield, S41 9RD
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week ( 10:00 – 18:00)
Salary: £14.28 per hour
Offer is subject to a satisfactory drugs and alcohol test

Duties & Main Responsibilities
Heavy lifting
Ensure storage areas are kept tidy at all times.
Ensure all items moved, shipped or received are logged in the correct manner
Ensure all loads are picked with maximum efficiency
Check all loads for damaged or missing items
Strict hygiene procedures to ensure food safety excellence working as part of a team

Candidate requirements
B2 FLT Licence (Counterbalance)
D2 Licence reach truck up to 7m
Excellent personal hygiene
Experience in fast-paced environment advantageous
Physically fit
