Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Pay Rate: £13.99 - £15.86 per hour, depending on shift and FLT assessment
Shifts: Monday to Friday
AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

VNA / Reach Truck FLT Drivers Required - Brackmills
Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced VNA / Reach Truck FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northampton.
We are ideally looking for candidates who hold both VNA and Reach Truck licences. However, candidates with a Reach Truck licence and strong Reach Truck experience will also be considered.
Please note: Reach Truck experience and a Reach Truck licence are the minimum requirements for this role. Candidates without Reach Truck experience will not be suitable. VNA experience is strongly preferred.
This is a great opportunity for experienced FLT drivers looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, consistent Monday to Friday shifts and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse and FLT position. Candidates will initially start on the Warehouse Operative rate while completing an FLT assessment.
Following a successful FLT assessment, suitable candidates will move onto the higher FLT pay rate.
As a VNA / Reach Truck FLT Driver, your duties may include:
Operating VNA and/or Reach Truck FLT equipment safely

Moving stock to and from warehouse racking locations

Replenishing pick locations

Putting away and retrieving stock accurately

Supporting loading and unloading deliveries

Completing stock movements using warehouse systems

Carrying out general warehouse duties when required

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Following all site health and safety procedures

Working as part of a busy warehouse team

What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a Reach Truck licence and have relevant Reach Truck operating experience

Have previous warehouse experience

Have VNA experience and a valid VNA licence, highly desirable

Ideally hold both VNA and Reach Truck licences

Are confident working within warehouse racking locations

Have good attention to detail and accuracy

Are reliable, punctual and hardworking

Can work independently and as part of a team

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Are looking for long-term temp-to-perm work

Candidates with both VNA and Reach Truck experience will be given preference.
Pay Rates
FLT Rate - Following Successful Assessment
AM Shift, 6:00am - 2:00pm: £14.86 per hour

PM Shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm: £15.86 per hour
