Warehouse Operatives – Wellingborough Location: Wellingborough
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday – 6:00am–6:00pm, 6:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–6:00pm
Additional: Weekend working may be required during busy periods
Job Type: Temporary / Potential Temp to Perm
Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client based in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to join a friendly team within a busy production environment.
The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

Working towards daily production targets

Carrying out quality checks on finished products

Identifying and reporting any defects or issues

Assisting with the preparation and shipping of customer orders

Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment

Following all health and safety procedures

Working as part of a team to ensure production deadlines are met

Completing other general production duties as required

About You The ideal candidate will:
Have previous production or manufacturing experience – although this is not essential

Be comfortable working around machinery and production equipment

Have good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality

Be reliable, punctual and hardworking

Have good communication skills

Be able to work effectively as part of a team

Be flexible to work different shift patterns and occasional weekends when required
