Location: Warrington
Pay Rate: £14.87 - £16.36 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week

The Role

We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a busy team in Warrington. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for people who enjoy speaking to customers, solving problems and taking ownership of queries.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in utilities, such as water, gas, electricity or broadband. If you've worked in a contact centre or customer service environment and know how to handle a range of customer enquiries, we'd like to hear from you.
We're looking for people who are confident communicators, think on their feet and can get to the bottom of an issue rather than simply following a script.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone and other communication channels.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Investigate issues and take ownership through to resolution.

Explain products, services, billing and account information clearly.

Update customer records and maintain accurate information.

Manage challenging conversations calmly and professionally.

Work towards service levels, quality standards and customer satisfaction targets.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre.

Ideally, experience within utilities, including water, gas, electricity or broadband.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A confident, proactive approach with the ability to think independently.

The ability to manage difficult conversations and find practical solutions.

Good attention to detail and accurate administration skills.

Flexibility to work shifts between 7am and 10pm, across all seven days of the week .

Hourly pay between £14.87 and £16.36 , depending on experience.
