Job Summary Hi, I'm Sebastian! I'm in my mid-twenties, I've got a great sense of humour, I love my electric guitar, and I'm always up for a good concert, I am in an online choir and enjoy online music groups. I'm looking for energetic, caring, and reliable people to join my support team and help me live life to the fullest. I have Cerebral Palsy and I'm non-verbal, but I use eye gaze technology to communicate. I also receive all my food and fluids through a PEG, and full training will be provided for this.
You'll be working mainly in my family home, helping me with all aspects of daily living, keeping track of medical supplies, and planning activities I enjoy. I need 2:1 care 24/7, so you'll always be working alongside another team member. You might even get to come on holiday with me!
A heads-up: I live with a cat, who lives in the main part of the house.
