We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator- Bard opetaror to join our manufacturing team. The role involves machine setup, monitoring production, quality checks, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Duties
Operate a range of manufacturing machinery to twists, shape wire
Set up machines according to production requirements
Monitor production to ensure output meets quality standards
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
Adjust machine settings where required to maintain quality
Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Repair machinery breakdowns where possible
Report faults or issues to the supervisor or maintenance team
Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Meet production targets and deadlines
Experience
Previous experience operating industrial machinery or manufacturing environments
Good attention to detail and quality control
Ability to follow instructions and technical specifications
Basic mechanical understanding
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Hands-on experience with hand tools
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 22.00pm-06.00am
