Pay Rate: £19.12 - £34.23 REF: IND123 Ultimate Recruitment are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) shunting Drivers to join our professional team based in Ryton (CV8) Job Details We offer a driver referral bonus, refer a friend and get £200 once they have completed 20 shifts Nights Monday to Friday Weekends Shunting in the yard 8.5-hour shifts Work location: Ryton (CV8) Requirements Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Minimum 3 months' Class 1 experience Shunting experience Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Maximum 6 penalty points No IN, DR, or DD conviction codes Benefits Company pension Death in Service cover Free CPC Module (1 per year) for regular full-time drivers 24-hour GP access Supportive, professional working environment PAYE ONLY PAYE Week 1–12 (Standard Rates)

Days: £19.12 Nights: £20.62 PAYE Week 1–12 (Increased Rates: 22 November 2026 – 19 December 2026)

Days: £21.12 Nights: £22.62 PAYE After 12 Weeks (Standard Rates)

Days: £21.15 Nights: £21.65 6th

Shift Days: £31.73 6th

Shift Nights: £32.23 PAYE After 12 Weeks (Increased Rates: 22 November 2026 – 19 December 2026)

Days: £23.15 Nights: £23.65 6th

Shift Days: £33.73 6th

Shift Nights: £34.23 Please note: All rates will increase by £2.00 per hour between 22 November 2026 and 19 December 2026.
