Counterbalance FLT Driver / Yard Operative – Paisley
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Drivers / Yard Operatives to join our well-established client based in Paisley .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering immediate starts, weekly pay and short-term work within a busy warehouse and distribution environment, combining Counterbalance FLT driving with general warehouse and outdoor yard duties.
£13.45 Per Hour | Weekly Pay | Immediate Starts | Short-Term Work | FLT & Yard Duties
This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, Forklift Truck Operator, Yard Operative or Warehouse Operative.

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Yard Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving and organising stock
• Wrapping and banding pallets
• Breaking down wooden crates and disposing of materials
• Carrying out indoor warehouse and outdoor yard duties
• Following all health and safety procedures

Essential Skills
To be successful as a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Yard Operative, you will need:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
• Previous Counterbalance Forklift Truck operating experience
• Physically capable of regular manual handling duties
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
• Comfortable breaking down crates and moving materials
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Availability for an immediate start
