Lead a team and help people build a better future

We're looking for an experienced and committed Senior Support Worker to manage an accommodation-based housing support service for homeless ex-offenders in Birmingham.

What We Need

You'll have experience supporting vulnerable people with complex needs, including offending, homelessness, mental health or substance misuse, alongside at least one year of management or senior-level experience.

You'll also bring:

Experience managing support needs and assessing risks

Strong leadership, team development and communication skills

Experience managing budgets and analysing financial performance

The ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners

Confidence using Microsoft Office to produce reports, spreadsheets and presentations

A commitment to safeguarding, health and safety and continuous improvement

A flexible, results-focused approach to delivering positive outcomes
