Sales Advisor | Premium Home & Interiors
West London | Up to £27,000 plus commission
Do you have an eye for interiors and love helping people find the perfect pieces for their home?
We're looking for a confident, engaging and commercially minded Full-Time Sales Advisor to join an exciting and growing premium furniture brand in White City. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for interiors with your ability to build relationships and drive sales.
You could come from homeware, furniture, fashion, beauty, jewellery, hospitality or another customer-focused environment. An interest in interiors, furniture and how people style their homes is key , alongside a warm personality and a confident approach to selling.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver a warm, personalised and consultative customer experience, understanding each customer's home, lifestyle and needs.

Help customers explore styles, fabrics and colours to find furniture that works for their space.

Build strong product knowledge and confidently explain features, benefits and practical considerations.

Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs through thoughtful recommendations and customer relationships.

Maintain inspiring product presentation and excellent visual standards.

Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for interiors, home styling or furniture, with an eye for how products work within a space.

Experience in retail, hospitality or another service-led sales environment.

A confident communicator who asks thoughtful questions and helps customers make considered purchases.

A commercial mindset and the motivation to achieve sales targets.

A positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative approach.

Availability to work full-time hours across the store's trading week, including weekends.
